The first domestic release by Japan's leading underground guitarist. Haino's emergence over the last few years, via an avalanche of material on the Japanese PSF label, both with his amazing rock trio Fushitsusha and in solo format, has been one the major events of the new decade. This CD is a live solo recording, with just guitar and vocals, and like all other Haino material (they're all different and yet in some ways the "same") touches emotional transcendence with unidentifiable power. 

-Keiji Haino is very much a psych-noise artist in this solo effort.  This is music to listen to during train wrecks...and yet there is a strong breath of japanese gagaku-style abstraction to it, in terms of ethereal.  Parts of it remind me of the harshness of Nani Nani's Bad Hawkwind
